Desert Roads and Trails, and Utah Public Lands Alliance have each adopted a 2 mile section of highway 7 near Sand Mountain. The total section of highway goes from mile marker 14 to mile marker 18. On Saturday, April 7, at 8:30 am, we will meet in the middle, at mile marker 16, to begin trash pick up along both sides of highway 7. Please join us in this effort to keep public lands pristine and enjoyable for everyone. Park along the side of the road, off of the pavement. Wear gloves, hats and layered clothing. We will furnish trash bags, along with morning doughnuts. The more people, the faster it will go, (no children under 13). Invite your friends and neighbors.
