Barracks Trail to Carmel Junction

A fun, exciting and beautiful Barracks Trail Ride.

This trip is rated 5 for "Winter 4X4 Jamboree". Tuesday it will be rated 4+, because the water level is lower, and there will not be any ice! However, there will be some deep sand, and narrow, muddy, embankment climbs

Some lift is recommended along with 33" or larger tires, because after airing-down, the clearance can be too low to climb out of the river. There are at least 21 crossings of the North Fork of the Virgin River. Come prepared with CB Radio, Tow Strap, air-down/up equipment, lunch, snacks, camp chairs and sun screen. Dan Pendery and Wally Shearer will Lead/Gun this trail ride.
